Aramazt Kalayjian is a designer, communicator, filmmaker and thinker who
loves originality and understanding patterns. Working as a creative
professional over the past 16 years, he has developed advertising and
marketing collateral, brand books, graphics for several large-scale
educational exhibitions, websites, wireframes / mockups for mobile apps as
well as illustrated poetry books and art catalogues. Aramazt has also
directed and produced music videos, promotional videos and short
documentaries. I thrive in a fast-paced, highly-demanding creative
environments where my communicative and creative skills drive and deliver
achievement and impact. He states "my driving force is the untenable desire
to synergize design and function; beauty and relevance; play and work; into
experiences that combine an aesthetic approach with strategic
research-based solutions for businesses, individuals, startups, educational
institutions and non-profit organizations. I've also repelled a cliff,
climbed a mountain barefoot and walked amongst black bears and deer in a
southwestern Colorado desert during a 12-day solo vision quest in the
wilderness. I've used an auger, dug a ditch, poured cement, built a wall,
put up sheetrock and painted a house. I've also tilled soil, planted seeds,
harvested greens and cooked macrobiotic meals. I've painted murals;
photographed politicians and celebrities; created sculptures out of metal,
ceramic, plaster, and wood. I can fluently speak (or pretend to speak)
Armenian, French, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, Gaelic, Hindi,
Bengali, German, Hebrew, English, and Amharic."
